Important Service Information
- Service trigger
- We begin service at approximately 2" of accumulated snow.
- Heavy snow events
- For snowfalls over 6", additional clearing visits may be required.
- Storm timing
- Service may occur during the storm and/or after it ends.
- City snow
- Municipal plows may push snow into the end of your driveway after we have completed service. Removing that snow is not included, and returning to clear it will incur an additional charge.
- Obstructions
- Keep vehicles and obstacles out of driveways.
- Mailboxes
- We make reasonable efforts to avoid mailboxes.
- Snow storage
- Customers are responsible for snow storage areas.
